Eating Buffet the right way

 Buffet

I actually used this topic to pass my presentation for my extra module Speak Up. <(^-^)>

So I talked about what you should be doing when you eat at the buffet.

First thing, let me ask you a question. Do you go to buffet just to have filling meal, if yes I highly recommend you to skip buffet and just go treat yourself with some other meal.

We love buffets because of the variety of food and reasonable prices. We don't eat too much but like to try different kinds of food.

So let's get started. :)

First of all, when you go for a buffet you need to scout the buffet. You need to check all the food they provide so that you can have a game plan in mind on what you should eat first till the very last bite.

Second, skip the salad. It's true that vegetable are healthy but they are so cheap. You can have them the next day. Why must you eat salad at the wrong time? They are the decoy of the real stuff and considered the ripoff part of the buffet.

So you must been wondering what is the real stuff that I'm talking about. Well it's the seafood !!!

Focus eating the seafood, crab legs, and lobsters.

Seafood are expensive and a kilo of chilli crab nowadays already cost like $45.

You can also focus on the meat. The prime rib, roast beef  and beef tenderloin are very expensive. You should eat them more on the buffet.

Never, I said never eat fried rice and noodle at the buffet. You did not come and pay $70++ just to eat fried rice unless it's just a peanut to you. Not only does it's oily, it also filled you up quickly, means that you eat lesser expensive foods.

Lastly, drink tea instead of soft drinks. We tend to drink more when we drink soft-drinks, which filled us up faster.

Summary:
Focus on this!

Enjoy! :)
